Wesley Village provides a complete continuum of care to our residents. This includes access to skilled nursing services when needed. To receive these services, a resident must maintain residency in a patio home or personal care apartment for a minimum of 90 days, or experience an unexpected significant health change requiring nursing home care. Our goal, whenever possible, is to return our nursing home care residents to independent living.
