Our NuStep exercise machines and (provided you bring a buddy) salt water exercise therapy pool are available daily. Many residents enjoy walking around the Village Circle; one circuit is half a mile.
Regular exercise classes include the following:
• Water Exercise :
- With Kim, Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:30 am
- With Beverly, Monday & Friday at 3:00 pm.
• Balance Class with Don Schreiner, Tuesday at 9:15 am and Thursday at 10:00 am
• Moving Matters Exercise with Aureol, Monday & Friday at 10 am; Wednesday at 9 am
• Chair Yoga with Carolyn Price, Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30 pm; Saturday at 10:30 am

A single fall can be devastating. Village Resident Don Schreiner, leader of our weekly balance exercise class, says "Balance exercises are especially important for older adults because they can help prevent falls and help them keep their independence." A Korean War Era Veteran, he began teaching the class at age 95, and is an inspiration to us all!
