Wesley Village Support Services

Wesley Village is pleased to offer support services for patio home residents, designed specifically to help individuals with special concerns to remain independent in their homes for longer periods of time. These services can be provided on either a long-term or short-term basis. The program is under the direction of a licensed nurse. Certified nursing assistants work with the coordinator to provide the services requested.

The support services are offered between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., seven days a week, and include the following:

• Assistance with bathing
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with "light housekeeping" (making bed, loading dishwasher, taking out trash, personal laundry, washing and changing of linen and towels).
• Assistance with dressing & grooming
• Delivery of noon meals
