Nursing Home Care

Wesley Village provides a continuum of care to its residents. This includes access to nursing home care services. To receive these services a resident must maintain residency in a patio home or personal care apartment for a minimum of 90 days, or experience a significant health change requiring nursing home care.

Our goal is to return our Nursing Home Care patients to independent living.
